Mumbai: Loop Health, a VC-backed startup that provides affordable health insurance and primary care, today announced that Amit M. Punchhi has joined the founding team as President. Amit will bring expertise and experienced leadership to Loop Health’s mission of transforming corporate health insurance.
Amit has 30 years of experience in global financial services and was most recently part of the Executive Council at HDFC Life as CBO & CIO. As CEO of Reinsurance Group of America (RGA) in Hong Kong, Amit led various businesses across multiple countries between 2010 and 2017.

He had invested in Loop Health a year ago as an angel investor in our seed round.
