Gurgaon: In a major move aimed at transforming India’s sports and entertainment ecosystem, three industry stalwarts—Amitesh Shah, Aneesh Gautam, and Pawan Kumar Sharma—have co-founded LegaXy, a new-age sports, media, and entertainment brand.
With a vision to elevate Indian talent to the global stage, LegaXy brings together deep experience from leadership roles at Da One Group, YouWeCan Sports, Disney, Star India, and more. The company’s mission is clear: to create global opportunities for Indian athletes, artists, and creators through an integrated, full-stack platform that prioritizes long-term growth, creative excellence, and purposeful impact.

Pawan Kumar Sharma, a media veteran with leadership roles at The Walt Disney Company, Network18, and B4U, will spearhead business strategy, partnerships, and revenue innovation at LegaXy.
