New Delhi: Aptronix, an Apple Premium Partner, has unveiled “Limitless Aptronix Exchange powered by Servify”, a first-of-its-kind e-waste recycling initiative aimed at transforming electronic waste liabilities into environmental assets. The program allows customers to exchange up to 10 electronic devices of any brand, category, or condition—including completely non-functional gadgets and household electronics—toward Apple product upgrades.
What sets the program apart is its zero-rejection policy: devices with zero resale value aren’t just accepted—they are celebrated. Every dead or non-functional device triggers the plantation of a tree and reward vouchers for customers, making environmental impact central to the exchange process.
Speaking on the launch, Meghna Singh, CEO, Aptronix, said, “We’re declaring war on the toxic narrative that retail must choose between profitability and planetary survival. Limitless Aptronix Exchange powered by Servify proves that India’s consumers are ready to embrace technology upgrades without environmental guilt. By accepting dead devices others reject, we’re not just preventing 500,000 gadgets from rotting in landfills, we’re igniting a national conversation about conscious consumption. This isn’t corporate social responsibility theater; this is business model transformation. When customers see us plant trees for their broken phones and reward them for doing the right thing, we’re encoding sustainability into their upgrade DNA. That behavioral shift will outlive any quarterly sales target.”
Sreevathsa Prabhakar, Founder & CEO, Servify, added, “Limitless Aptronix Exchange powered by Servify represents the convergence of India’s digital infrastructure maturity with its urgent sustainability imperative. Our AI-driven platform doesn’t just evaluate devices, it democratizes access to premium technology by finding value where traditional systems see waste. We’ve engineered transparency into every transaction: customers know exactly what their old devices are worth in 2 minutes, and they know exactly where those devices go afterward. In partnership with Aptronix and Karo Sambhav, we are not just managing device lifecycles, we are architecting India’s first truly circular electronics economy at retail scale. The data insights we are generating will fundamentally reshape how the industry thinks about device residual value and environmental accountability.”
The program, powered by Servify’s AI-driven device diagnostics and valuation technology, offers instant pricing even for devices in poor condition, ensuring a seamless, transparent experience. Devices are either refurbished or recycled through Karo Sambhav, India’s government-recognized Producer Responsibility Organization, adhering to full EPR compliance and traceability.
Aptronix expects the initiative to divert over 500,000 devices from landfills in its first year, preventing 2,500+ tonnes of e-waste and potentially offsetting 15,000+ tonnes of CO₂ over five years. Customers will collectively receive ₹5 crore+ in rewards, emphasizing that sustainability can align with positive consumer incentives.
With Limitless Aptronix Exchange powered by Servify, Aptronix has positioned itself at the forefront of responsible electronics retail, creating a scalable, tech-driven, and environmentally conscious model that prioritizes planetary health over profit margins.
