Trivandrum: Sell me the answer on Asianet is gearing up for the telecast of Special episode of Thrissur Biju today, the highest grosser the program has witnessed so far.
According to the channel sources, the contestant Biju from Thrissur town in Kerala has managed to trade his answer to the host Mukesh to clock the highest prize money ever, till now, in the show Sell me the answer, which was started on 22nd June.
Asianet is likely to begin Special episode of Thrissur Biju by today (9th July) and complete his ultimate victory moment on Monday 13th July’s episode.
Sources from Asianet also confirmed that the Channel is also planning to air special episodes with Celebrity participation from Malayalam Silver Screen and Small Screen in upcoming episodes of Sell me the answer in this month.
It is understood that Asianet is airing the episode of Kottayam Rasheed, a famous Mimicry Artist on 16th July, followed by the special episode of Chandanamala actress Shalu Kurin on 23rd July and Parasparam actress Gayathri’s episode on 27th July.
The quiz based show Sell me the answer is quite entertaining and demands the contestant to utilize both their IQ and EQ. The quiz show format is new to Malayalam audience and it is inspired by the original British show titled with the same name.
The British game show Sell me the answer was originally aired on Sky1 channel in 2009-2010 and anchored by Gethin Jones. Among Indian Televisions, Sell me the answer was made in Bengali channel Sananda TV titled Jabab Kinte Chai, which was hosted by Mir Afsar Ali.
Sell me the answer on Asianet is being aired on every Monday to Thursday between 8:00pm to 9:00pm.
