Manila: Avyan Global, a digital-first agency and partner of DEPT®, has announced the appointment of Cynthia Dayco as Chief Executive Officer of its Philippine office.
A transformative leader with over two decades of experience across creative, media, and brand ecosystems, Dayco has worked with some of the industry’s most respected organizations. She began her career in leading creative agencies such as Leo Burnett, JWT, and Lintas Indonesia, before joining GroupM agencies in Manila and Singapore.
Her diverse career also includes serving as Head of Digital at Mead Johnson, where she drove digital innovation in healthcare marketing, and as founding editor of adobo magazine, one of the region’s most influential publications on creativity and communications. Most recently, she led Metrobank’s Content Team as Head, where she established and scaled the bank’s in-house creative division.
As CEO, Dayco will spearhead Avyan Global’s next phase of evolution — focusing on new sources of growth, emerging capabilities, and deeper integration across creativity, data, and technology to deliver sustainable impact for clients.
Beyond her corporate roles, Dayco serves as Vice President of the Digital Marketing Association of the Philippines (DMAP), where she champions the Digital for All advocacy promoting accessibility, inclusion, and responsible innovation within the nation’s digital ecosystem.
