BARC Week 13: Glow & Lovely takes a steep leap from 10th spot to 4th spot in  top brands category

In the Week 13 of Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) India, Hindustan Unilever Ltd. continued its lead with rise in Ad Volumes from 4757.44 (‘000 secs) to 5848.21 (‘000 secs) followed by Reckitt Benckiser Group dropping from 2921.74 (‘000 secs) to 2477.92 (‘000 secs) at the 2nd spot. Pepsi Foods (G) shifted one spot up and stood at 3rd position with drop in Ad Volumes from 1156.68 (‘000 secs) to 1083.22 (‘000 secs) compared to last week. Coca Cola India Ltd. dropped one spot down and stood at 4th position with ad volumes dropping from 1329.22 (‘000 secs) to 1055.6 (‘000 secs). Cadburys India Ltd. retained its 5th spot with Ad Volumes dropping from760.01 (‘000 secs) to 538.4 (‘000 secs) followed by Godrej Group at the 6th spot with ad volumes dropping from 706.34(‘000 secs) to 522.51 (‘000 secs). ITC Ltd. shifted one spot up and claimed the 7th spot with 484.62 (‘000 secs). Amazon Online India Pvt. Ltd. was the new entrant in the top 10 chart with 449.41 (‘000 secs) and claimed the 8th spot. GCMMF (GujCoop Milk Mkt Fed) retained its 9th spot with 411.65 (‘000 secs). Colgate Palmolive India Ltd. was another new entrant in the chart with 393.79 (‘000 secs) and claimed the 10th spot.

Top Brands

In the top brands category, Horlicks outshined and bagged the top spot being a new entrant in the top 10 chart with Ad Volumes of 475.52 (‘000 secs). Harpic Power Plus 10X Max Clean slipped one spot down and stood at 2nd position with Ad Volumes dropping from 384.23 (‘000 secs) to 360.93 (‘000 secs). Lizol all in 1 retained its 3rd spot with ad volumes dropping from 343.64 (‘000 secs) to 315.31 (‘000 secs). Glow & Lovely Advanced Multivitamin took a steep leap from 10th spot to 4th spot with rise in ad volumes from 249.48 (‘000 secs) to 282.09 (‘000 secs) compared to last week. Sprite dropped from 2nd spot to 5th spot with ad volumes dropping from 368.97 (‘000 secs) to 280.81 (‘000 secs). Surf Excel Easy Wash was another new entrant in the chart with 268.11 (‘000 secs) and claimed the 6th spot. Mortein Insta dropped from 5th spot to 7th spot with 260.76 (‘000 secs). Airtel Cellular Phone Service with ad volumes of 255.29 (‘000 secs) at the 8th spot followed by Lalithaa Jewellery with 253.67 (‘000 secs) at the 9th spot and Amazon Prime Video with 250.41 (‘000 secs) at the 10th spot were the other three new entrants in the top 10 chart.
