BARC Week 14: Procter and Gamble, Wipro (G) and Parle (G) were the new entrants in the Top Advertisers Category

Top Advertisers

In the Week 14 of Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) India, Hindustan Unilever Ltd. maintained its lead with drop in Ad Volumes from 5848.21 (‘000 secs) to 5337.26 (‘000 secs) followed by Reckitt Benckiser Group dropping from 2477.92 (‘000 secs) to 2473.78 (‘000 secs) at the 2nd spot. Coca Cola India Ltd. shifted one spot up and stood at 3rd position with ad volumes dropping from 1055.6 (‘000 secs) to 1029.19 (‘000 secs). Pepsi Foods (G) slipped one spot down and stood at 4th position with drop in Ad Volumes from 1083.22 (‘000 secs) to 954.03 (‘000 secs). Procter and Gamble was the new entrant in the chart with 844.23 (‘000 secs) and claimed the 5th spot. Cadburys India Ltd. also slipped one spot down and claimed the 6th position with rise in Ad Volumes from 538.4 (‘000 secs) to 684.71 (‘000 secs). Wipro (G) was another new entrant in the chart with 449.84 (‘000 secs) and claimed the 7th spot. ITC Ltd. dropped one spot down and stood at the 8th position with 418.96 (‘000 secs). Parle (G) entered the chart and claimed the 9th spot with ad volumes of 377.35 (‘000 secs). Amazon Online India Pvt. Ltd. dropped from 8th spot to 10th spot with 370.02 (‘000 secs) compared to last week.

Top Brands

In the top brands category, Harpic Power Plus 10X Max Clean regained its top spot with rise in Ad Volumes from 360.93 (‘000 secs) to 390.86 (‘000 secs) compared to last week. Lizol all in 1 shifted one spot up and stood at the 2nd position with rise in ad volumes from 315.31 (‘000 secs) to 374.89 (‘000 secs). Horlicks dropped from 1st spot to 3rd spot with drop in Ad Volumes from 475.52 (‘000 secs) to 298.42 (‘000 secs). Dettol Antiseptic Liquid with ad volumes of 265.26 (‘000 secs) at the 4th spot and Ultratech Cement with 255.77 (‘000 secs) at the 5th spot were the two new entrants in the chart. Glow & Lovely Advanced Multivitamin dropped from 4th spot to 6th spot with drop in ad volumes from 282.09 (‘000 secs) to 237.41 (‘000 secs). Airtel Cellular Phone Service shifted one spot up and stood at the 7th position with 232.34 (‘000 secs). Santoor Sandal and Turmeric with 230.37 (‘000 secs) at the 8th spot followed by Clinic Plus Shampoo with 221.19 (‘000 secs) at the 9th spot and Maaza with 212.72 (‘000 secs) at the 10th spot were the other three new entrants in the chart.
