BARC Week 19: Goldmines takes a leap from 5th spot to 3rd spot in the Punjabi speaking market

BARC Week 22: Dangal takes leap from No. 8 spot to No. 5 spot in across genre category

In Week 19 of Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) India Data Report, Sun TV continued its lead with 2373.16 (000) AMA in the across genre category followed by Star Maa with 2240.67 (000) AMA at 2nd spot. Star Plus shifted one spot up and claimed the 3rd position with 2141.56 (000) AMA compared to last week. Star Sports 1 Hindi dropped one spot down and stood at 4th position with 2052.06 (000) AMA. Goldmines retained its 5th spot with 2005.9 (000) AMA. Dangal shifted one spot up and claimed the 6th position with 1670.1 (000) AMA. Sony Sab slipped one spot down and stood at 7th position with 1610.96 (000) AMA. Star Vijay retained its 8th spot with 1579.7 (000) AMA. Colors with 1416.12 (000) AMA at 9th spot and Star Pravah with 1350.4 (000) AMA at 10th spot were two new entrants in the chart.

Hindi Speaking Market

In the Hindi Speaking Market, Star Plus regained its top spot with 2083.32 (000) AMA. Star Sports 1 Hindi slipped one spot down and stood at 2nd position with 2014.86 (000) AMA. Goldmines retained its 3rd spot with 1982.55 (000) AMA followed by Dangal at the 4th spot with 1659.6 (000) AMA and Sony Sab at the 5th spot with 1567.11 (000) AMA.

Punjabi (Punjab/Chandigarh)

In the Punjabi Speaking Market, PTC Punjabi continued its lead with 253.08 (000) AMA followed by Zee Punjabi with 176.47 (000) AMA at the 2nd spot. Goldmines took a leap from 5th spot to 3rd spot with 126.58 (000) AMA compared to last week. Star Plus slipped one spot down and stood at 4th position with 120.57 (000) AMA followed by Colors at 5th position with 116.23 (000) AMA.

Marathi (Maharashtra/Goa)

Among the Marathi Speaking Market, the positions in the chart remained glued compared to last week. Star Pravah continued its lead with 1307.16 (000) AMA followed by Star Sports 1 Hindi with 552.39 (000) AMA at the 2nd spot and Zee Marathi with 511.6 (000) AMA at the 3rd spot. Sony Sab retained its 4th spot with 467.49 (000) AMA followed by Colors Marathi with 341.48 (000) AMA at 5th spot.
