BARC Week 32: Goldmines bags top spot in Hindi GEC market

BARC Week 49: Colors Marathi soars to No. 2 position in Marathi GEC market

In Week 32 of Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) India Data Report, Sun TV continued its lead with 2567.21 (000) AMA in the across genre category followed by Star Maa at 2nd spot with 2169.44 (000) AMA. Goldmines shifted one spot up and claimed the 3rd position with 2127.63 (000) AMA compared to last week. Star Plus dropped one spot down and stood at 4th position with 2033.82 (000) AMA. Dangal retained its 5th spot with 1744.75 (000) AMA followed by Sony Sab at 6th spot with 1671.19 (000) AMA. Star Vijay moved one spot up and claimed the 7th position with 1575.27 (000) AMA. Colors slipped one spot down and stood at 8th position with 1534.04 (000) AMA. Star Pravah retained its 9th spot with 1523.61 (000) AMA followed by Zee Kannada at 10th spot with 1425.57 (000) AMA.

Hindi Speaking Market

In the Hindi speaking market, Goldmines regained its top spot with 2098.29 (000) AMA compared to last week. Star Plus slipped one spot down and stood at 2nd position with 1963.01 (000) AMA. Dangal retained its 3rd spot with 1736.38 (000) AMA followed by Sony Sab at 4th spot with 1624.39 (000) AMA. Star Pravah entered the chart and claimed the 5th spot with 1500.53 (000) AMA. 

Punjabi (Punjab/Chandigarh)

Among the Punjabi speaking market, PTC Punjabi continued its lead with 221.97 (000) AMA followed by Zee Punjabi with 160.91 (000) AMA at 2nd spot. Goldmines moved one spot up and claimed the 3rd position with 117.84 (000) AMA followed by Star Plus at 4th position with 115.27 (000) AMA. Colors dropped from 3rd spot to 5th spot with 112.86 (000) AMA.

Marathi (Maharashtra/Goa)

In the Marathi speaking market, Star Pravah continued its lead with 1482.76 (000) AMA followed by Zee Marathi with 460.1 (000) AMA at 2nd spot. Colors Marathi moved one spot up and claimed the 3rd position with 439.29 (000) AMA. Sony Sab slipped one spot down and stood at 4th position with 427.63 (000) AMA. Goldmines retained its 5th spot with 347.56 (000) AMA.
