Mumbai: Borderless (formerly Stockal), a global investing platform enabling seamless access to international markets, has announced the appointment of Jaideep Sippy as President and Director on its board.
This newly created leadership role comes at a pivotal juncture as Borderless expands beyond international investing products into a comprehensive global banking suite for Indians.
An angel investor in over 40 startups and an active public markets investor, Jaideep brings entrepreneurial expertise, marketing acumen, and a strong investment network to Borderless. His appointment underscores the company’s ambition to accelerate global expansion and diversify its portfolio of asset classes.
In his new role, Jaideep will:
- Shape the vision, product strategy, and growth roadmap with the leadership team and board.
- Scale capabilities in the HNI and UHNI segments across emerging markets while deepening engagement with private wealth, advisory, and asset management firms in India.
- Launch India-focused investing opportunities for NRIs, global family offices, and funds across the US, Europe, and Asia.
Borderless, widely recognized for democratizing global market access for Indian retail investors, will also soon launch its private wealth platform under Jaideep’s leadership. Based out of Mumbai, he will anchor a stronger on-ground presence, aligning the company’s global ambitions with local execution in India’s financial hub.
