Branding Edge secures strategic communications mandate for S45

Mumbai: Branding Edge, a capital markets-focused strategic communications consultancy, has been appointed as the official strategic communications and media partner for S45, positioned as India’s first AI-native investment banking platform.

Under the mandate, Branding Edge will lead S45’s long-term positioning at the intersection of capital markets, technology, and institutional trust. The engagement comes as S45 rolls out an AI-led operating system aimed at transforming how Indian companies approach IPO readiness, execution, and investor engagement.

The consultancy will drive key communication pillars including brand narrative development, founder positioning, financial media strategy, corporate reputation, thought leadership, and stakeholder messaging. The objective is to strengthen S45’s visibility among issuers, bankers, investors, and the wider capital market ecosystem.

S45 seeks to replace fragmented legacy workflows — often reliant on spreadsheets, manual disclosures, and disconnected demand tracking — with a unified, real-time execution framework powered by intelligence, automation, and governance.
