Gurugram: CARS24, India’s leading autotech platform, has announced the elevation of Manoj Yadav as Chief Business Officer (CBO), India, marking a strategic move to strengthen its leadership team as the company enters its next phase of scale, profitability, and innovation.
In his new role, Manoj will spearhead CARS24’s business strategy and growth engine, with a focus on sustainable expansion, operational excellence, and customer trust. His mandate includes driving execution across business verticals and shaping the company’s long-term growth roadmap.
Manoj joined CARS24 during one of its most challenging phases and led the retail turnaround by simplifying operations, building new accountability systems, and resetting strategic priorities. His leadership resulted in one of the company’s strongest recoveries, bringing the retail business close to breakeven and launching industry-first innovations such as the 30-Day Return Policy and CARS24 Care+.
A leader known for his systems thinking and bias for action, Manoj combines strategic depth with operational precision. His ability to drive clarity, structure, and accountability across teams has set new benchmarks within the organization.

Before joining CARS24, Manoj held senior leadership positions at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance as AVP – Marketing and Head of Digital Alliances & Business Development, and at Idea Cellular Ltd in the Deputy Managing Director’s Office – Strategy & Planning, where he drove retail expansion, business productivity, and infrastructure growth.
