Mumbai: Catering to a varied palate, FMCG major CavinKare’s snacks brand – Garden today announced the launch of four new exciting variants under its hot potato wafer range. Bringing to market the flavours from across the globe, Garden has launched Sweet Thai Chilli, Chinese Masala, Tikka Masala and Tangy Tomato that is set to entice the taste buds of every consumer.  The move also marks the company’s efforts to further strengthen its position in the snacks segment by catering to younger consumers with an exposure to global cuisine. A perfect snack companion, Garden’s freshly packed, crisp wafers comes in 90gms packs priced at Rs. 45.

Commenting on the launch, Binu Sekhar- Business Head-Snacks, said “CavinKare is renowned for path breaking innovations and in line with our DNA we are happy to be launching exciting variants under our wafers range that are full of rich flavours. Each of these variants is a true celebration of international cuisines that are a favorite among Indian consumers, especially young consumers. With increasing exposure to international flavours, we felt that the snack segment was lacking that excitement and options for consumers to choose from. We wanted to bridge this gap and cater to their palate without any compromises on the quality and price. I am confident that the newly launched variants will be an instant hit among consumers.”

Post thorough R&D, the new variants pack a punch with varied flavours. The flavours were also carefully curated to not be limited to a regional appeal, but to suit the broadened taste palates of the consumer to a global level. Garden’s handpicked flavours from different corners of the world offers a wholesome snack line up to the consumers. Sweet Thai Chilli brings an extra bit of zing to the taste buds by offering sweet, savory, spicy and sticky flavours at the same time. With the richness of the blend of Chinese spices, the chinese masala variant creates a distinctive strong taste. Tikka Masala variants come right from the heart of Indian ingredients. Tangy Tomato, the big hit when it comes to chips, brings in a unique savoury to the daring taste buds.

Garden has a robust snack portfolio that consists of a wide range of regional snacks. Adding to this, the newly launched variants of wafers – Garden Sweet Thai Chilli, Garden Chinese Masala, Garden Tikka Masala and Garden Spanish Tangy Tomato will be available in Supermarkets across Mumbai. The product is available in a 90gms pack, which is priced at Rs. 45.
