This strategic leadership hire comes as the company accelerates its expansion plans, aiming to reinforce a robust and inclusive workplace culture aligned with its long-term business goals.
With over 15 years of HR leadership experience across diverse industries, Gaurav Singh brings deep expertise in policy formulation, talent advisory, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, compensation, labour compliance, and HR operations. He has successfully led HR strategy and execution for large teams across multiple locations, with a strong focus on building scalable people practices.

In his new role, Gaurav will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, strengthening leadership and talent pipelines, and building future-ready HR frameworks that support Centricity WealthTech’s evolving needs.

Prior to joining Centricity WealthTech, Gaurav held senior HR leadership roles at reputed organisations including Global Payments (a Fortune 500 Fintech company), Times Internet (Times of India Group), and Sonalika Tractors. He has worked extensively in the financial technology, automobile, and telecom sectors, and led HR business partner teams supporting over 3,000 employees across geographies.
Gaurav holds an MBA in Human Resources and an LLB in Company Law, bringing a unique blend of strategic insight and legal acumen to his role.
