Delhi-based startup Chai Kreative has been appointed to manage global branding, advertising, and sales for Shree Ram Lala – Man Sey Mandir Tak, a landmark Granth chronicling the 500-year Ram Janmabhoomi movement. Authored by Kumar Sushant, General Secretary of the Ramayan Research Council, the Granth was developed over six years by a 27-member team.
Published by the Ramayan Research Council, the Granth’s IP (excluding visuals) is owned by Sushant, with creative rights held by Kewal Kapoor, founder of Chai Kreative.
Chai Kreative will build a global distribution network to place the Granth in libraries, temples, and educational institutions. Plans include a digital edition, film adaptation, and social media campaigns to engage younger, global audiences.
Kapoor stated, “This Granth is a timeless symbol of unity, aligning with PM Modi’s vision of integrating culture, content, and creativity into nation-building.”
Aligned with NEP 2020, the project emphasizes cultural literacy and indigenous knowledge, supported by multilingual and digital tools.
Legal affairs are handled by Arkaj Kumar, praised by Kapoor as “a prominent young legal voice, ensuring compliance and strategic clarity.”
A dedicated website and information booklet will be launched soon.
Sushant thanked PM Modi for his guidance during a 2021 meeting, alongside former Tourism Minister Ajay Bhatt, noting the PM’s contributions helped shape the Granth’s direction.
The Ramayan Research Council Trust, led by Secretary Pitambar Mishra, will oversee the formal launch, with a tentative release set around Diwali 2025, ensuring cultural significance and festive impact.
