Toronto: Coegi, a digital media agency owned by True Independent Holdings (TIH), has announced the appointment of Chris Kotyck as Executive Vice President of Digital Operations. Based in Canada, Kotyck will oversee Coegi’s programmatic and social operations, working closely with key clients including TJX Companies, Moderna, and others.
In this newly structured role, Kotyck will report to Tessa Ohlendorf, President, North America, and will play a critical role in scaling Coegi’s operations across both the United States and Canada. He will also focus on expanding Coegi’s partnerships as a managed service provider to other agencies and direct clients.

Kotyck brings over 15 years of industry experience, having led high-performing teams and developed consultative, scalable operating models. Most recently, he headed media operations at .Monks Canada, where he drove significant revenue growth through service optimization, maintained minimal client churn, and achieved employee retention in the low single digits annually.
Prior to .Monks, Kotyck played a key role in establishing and scaling Dandelion Inc., one of Canada’s original Google Marketing Platform resellers. He also brings extensive publisher-side leadership experience, having launched programmatic, search, and social services and revenue streams at PostMedia and Rogers.
