Mumbai: Collective Artists Network has announced the induction of Janahavi Rawal, Sanjana Jain, and Rahul Regulapati into its partnership, marking a significant milestone as the company sharpens its focus and prepares for its next phase of growth. The move underscores Collective’s commitment to backing leaders who have helped build the business from within and are now central to its future direction.
The new partners join an existing leadership group that includes Sudeep Subash, Kshitij Mehta, Jaya Saha, Avinash Bidaia, Nandita Sachdev, and Dhruv Chitgopekar, who have collectively played a central role in shaping the company’s scale, culture, and strategic trajectory. The expanded partnership signals a deeper bench of leaders aligned with Collective’s next growth stage. Each of the three new partners has contributed not only to business growth but also to how the company thinks, builds, and executes.
Janahavi Rawal, a long-standing leader at Collective, joins the partnership to head the company’s talent management charter. With over a decade at the company, she has helped shape Collective’s approach to artist representation with deep industry insight, trust, and long-term thinking. Her leadership has strengthened the company’s market leadership position and built enduring relationships with talent.
Sanjana Jain has been elevated to partner to lead Marketing and Creative Services across the organisation. Known for her clarity of thought and execution-first approach, she has been central to building the vertical into one of Collective’s fastest growth engines, solving complex creative challenges at scale while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery.
Rahul Regulapati joins the partnership to lead Collective’s technology and AI charter, including Galleri5, the company’s AI and cinematic technology studio. Since joining, Rahul has played a pivotal role in integrating technology into storytelling, content creation, and production systems, positioning Collective at the forefront of tech-enabled media and earning global recognition.
Commenting on the new partnerships, Vijay Subramaniam, Founder and Group CEO, Collective Artists Network, said, “As we grow, it becomes even more important to build leadership that can think long-term, take ownership, and create space for others to grow. Janahavi, Sanjana, and Rahul have each played a critical role in shaping Collective into what it is today. Bringing them into the partnership is both a recognition of that journey and a statement of where we’re headed next.”
The induction of the three partners, alongside the existing leadership group, reflects Collective Artists Network’s commitment to building durable leadership and meaningful growth paths within the organisation, as it continues to expand its footprint across media, culture, and technology.
