Mumbai: Cosmo First, with diversified business interests spanning Films, Sheets & Containers, Pet Care, Consumer Products and Specialty Chemicals, has announced the appointment of Saurabh Jain as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its pet care division, Zigly, and Head – Corporate Development.
In his expanded role, Jain will lead the next phase of growth for Zigly, Cosmo First’s pet care business, focusing on business expansion and strategic scaling. In addition, as Head – Corporate Development, he will spearhead strategy-led initiatives across the group, including potential mergers and acquisitions. He will work closely with Group CEO Pankaj Poddar and Group CFO Neeraj Jain on growth and transformation priorities.

Jain brings over 16 years of experience across packaging films, investment banking and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Cosmo First, he served as Global CEO (Overseas Business) at Jindal Films and has also held leadership roles at SB Packaging, Wodehouse Capital, Religare Capital Markets and Jaypee Capital.

Jain holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
