Mumbai: coto, an emotional wellness platform, has unveiled a powerful new brand film series titled “From Struggles to Strength,” featuring seven short films inspired by real-life emotional experiences shared on its platform.
Each film captures deeply personal narratives around anxiety, burnout, identity, loneliness, and relationship challenges — stories that mirror the quiet emotional battles many face today. Rooted in real user experiences and authentic conversations, the series sheds light on how individuals navigate their emotional struggles and the transformative power of seeking timely support.
Through its heartfelt storytelling, the series reinforces coto’s mission to make emotional wellness more accessible, relatable, and stigma-free. By portraying people who choose to seek help rather than suffer in silence, the campaign positions emotional care as an everyday habit — not just a last resort.
Shefali Anurag, Co-founder at coto, said, “We’re helping people build a habit. A habit of checking in with themselves, of making space for emotional wellness every day, not just when things fall apart. We aim to shift the mindset that emotional care is only for moments of crisis. Each story is inspired by real experiences shared by users. They reflect the common emotional challenges people face — from silent anxiety and burnout to imposter syndrome, loneliness, and the pressure to belong. What makes these stories powerful is not just the pain they reveal, but the choice each person makes to seek support. Through these films, we’re reminding people that emotional care is not a luxury. It’s a mindset. Healing is not linear and requires effort and practice. And it starts by normalizing the act of reaching out.”
By weaving together genuine stories and universal emotions, “From Struggles to Strength” aims to start conversations around emotional wellbeing, encourage empathy, and make the act of seeking help feel natural, empowering, and human.
