New Delhi: Curefit Healthcare Pvt Ltd has announced the appointment of Kalpana Morparia, Arun M. Kumar, Indu Bhushan and Pragya Misra as independent directors on its board, reinforcing its focus on governance and long-term growth.
Kalpana Morparia, former Chairman of JPMorgan South and Southeast Asia, brings extensive experience in banking and financial services, having previously held leadership roles at ICICI Bank. She currently serves on multiple global boards and was conferred the Padma Shri in 2024 in the Trade & Industry category.
Arun M. Kumar adds significant global leadership experience across consulting, venture capital, and public service. He is currently Managing Partner at Celesta Capital and previously served as Chairman and CEO of KPMG India, as well as a member of KPMG’s global board. He also held a senior role in the administration of former U.S. President Barack Obama as Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Global Markets.
Indu Bhushan, founding CEO of Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, brings deep expertise in healthcare policy and public systems. A former IAS officer, he has over three decades of experience across institutions such as the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and the Government of India.
Pragya Misra, currently Head of Strategy & Global Affairs, India at OpenAI, leads the company’s strategic initiatives across product, policy, partnerships, and go-to-market in India. As OpenAI’s first India hire, she has played a key role in building its presence, with prior leadership stints at Truecaller and WhatsApp.
