Hyderabad: Cyient Limited, a global Intelligent Engineering solutions company, has announced the appointment of Utkarsh Srivastav as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In his new role, Utkarsh will lead Cyient’s marketing organization to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and market positioning globally.
A seasoned B2B marketing leader, Utkarsh brings extensive experience in building brand recognition and driving top-line growth for leading technology and engineering services companies. His expertise includes developing compelling brand narratives, defining differentiated value propositions, and executing strategic go-to-market programs.
Most recently, Utkarsh served as Senior Director and Head of Marketing at L&T Technology Services (LTTS), where he led the development and global launch of the company’s new brand positioning. He is credited with conceptualizing and delivering the industry’s first-of-its-kind ER&D Hackathon and Bus Tour campaign, which won the Best Brand Experience Award at the Stevie Awards 2020. Prior to LTTS, he spent eleven years at HCLTech, where he led marketing for Cloud and Infrastructure services, along with CXO/ABM programs at Wharton Business School and INSEAD Business School, as well as sports marketing activations with Manchester United and the Volvo Ocean Race.

Utkarsh holds a degree in Business Management from Dayalbagh Educational Institute and has completed certification programs from Harvard Business Publishing and Northwestern University.
