New Delhi: Dabur India’s beauty and personal care retail arm, NewU, has announced a strategic partnership with Unicommerce, India’s leading e-commerce enablement SaaS platform, to enhance and streamline its omnichannel operations. The move aims to elevate the customer shopping experience across both digital and physical touchpoints, reinforcing NewU’s position in India’s fast-growing beauty and wellness market.
NewU, operated by H&B Stores Ltd., a 100% subsidiary of Dabur India Limited, offers a wide range of cosmetics, skincare, haircare, grooming, and fragrance products from leading domestic and global brands. With a footprint spanning 120+ stores in over 35 cities, NewU continues to expand its reach in both offline and online retail.
As part of the collaboration, NewU has deployed Unicommerce’s Uniware suite, enabling seamless integration and automation of order processing across its brand website, e-commerce marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, and offline stores.

It also supports fulfillment flexibility, enabling customers to order from their preferred channel and choose between home delivery or store pickup.
