Mumbai: The Fashion Entrepreneur Fund (FEF) has appointed Deepak Lamba as its new Chief Executive Officer. A seasoned media and entertainment veteran, Lamba brings over two decades of experience to FEF, where he will lead the organization’s mission to position itself as a powerhouse for next-generation fashion brands.
In his new role, Lamba will focus on fostering collaboration and creating mentorship opportunities for emerging entrepreneurs in the fashion and lifestyle sectors. FEF, a ₹540 crore venture studio, combines strategic funding with mentorship to support the growth of fashion entrepreneurs, helping them build sustainable businesses in a rapidly evolving industry. A key initiative under Lamba’s leadership is a collaboration with Dharmatic to launch an annual web series, aimed at amplifying FEF’s presence in the fashion and entertainment ecosystems.
With an investor pool that includes high-profile personalities such as Akshay Kumar, Ravi Jaipuria, Karan Johar, Naveen Jindal, Vinod Dugar, and others, FEF is on track to become a major force in the industry. The fund’s ambitious goal is to achieve unicorn status by 2028 through strategic investments and partnerships.
