New Delhi: Spalba, an event-tech platform connecting brands and agencies with venues and experiential service providers, has announced the appointment of Deepanshu Gupta as its Chief Executive Officer.
In his new role, Deepanshu will lead Spalba’s overall strategy and execution, with a mandate to strengthen the company’s core experiential business while accelerating the evolution of its technology and marketplace platforms. His responsibilities will also include establishing robust operating systems, expanding Spalba’s presence across priority markets, improving governance and delivery consistency, and building leadership capability across teams. A key focus will be ensuring sustainable growth through disciplined processes, sound financial stewardship, and a culture centred on accountability, long-term partnerships and continuous improvement.
Deepanshu brings extensive experience across live events, experiential marketing and technology-led business transformation. Throughout his career, he has remained closely aligned with the experiential ecosystem, combining hands-on event management expertise with leadership roles focused on scaling organisations and integrating technology to enhance brand experiences.
