Bangalore: Madison Media has announced that it has completed the full acquisition of HiveMinds, the performance marketing specialist in which it first acquired a 51% stake in 2017. As part of the transition, Deepti Bhadauria, who has been Chief Strategy Officer and an integral part of HiveMinds’ leadership for the past five years, has been elevated as CEO. Founder Jyothirmayee JT will continue in an advisory role, while Deepti will report to Ajit Varghese, Partner & Group CEO, Madison Media.
Under Jyothirmayee’s leadership and Madison’s backing, HiveMinds has scaled significantly, growing revenues 12x since 2017 and serving over 100 clients. The agency has built strong expertise in e-commerce and digital marketing, curating three successful seasons of the Ecommerce Conclave and developing advanced martech tools for measurement, attribution, and campaign management across retail and digital platforms.
