Ltd.), a key player in electric mobility, has appointed three new senior executives, namely, Zoeb Karampurwala as Chief Product Officer, Murali Raju as Chief Commercial Officer, and Vijaykumar Yelne as President of EKA Mobility. These appointments signify an important step in EKA’s growth and innovation in the electric vehicle industry.

Zoeb Karampurwala is a seasoned automotive engineer with over 26 years of experience. He focuses on developing electric commercial vehicles at EKA Mobility. Zoeb held key positions at Mahindra & Mahindra, Ola Electric Mobility, and Tata Motors, contributing to innovative projects. He grew engineering teams, established R&D labs, and received industry awards for his work in electric vehicles. Zoeb holds an Executive MBA from S P Jain, Mumbai, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Government College, Pune.
With over 25 years of industry experience in engineering, IT, and management, Murali Raju leads teams to identify value opportunities, drive change, and standardize operating systems. His expertise includes accounting, corporate finance, operations management, ERP, and artificial intelligence. He has held key roles like President/CFO at Bharat Forge America and General Manager at Gerdau. Murali holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy, a PhD in Systems Engineering, and an MS in Computer Science. He is passionate about cultivating the next generation of manufacturing leaders through lean and visual processes.
Vijaykumar Yelne, with a strong background in operational management, team supervision, project coordination, and problem-solving, brings valuable expertise to EKA Mobility. As former Director of Operations at MAN Automotive South Africa and later as COO and Director at MAN Trucks India, he demonstrated strategic vision, organizational enhancement, and workforce leadership. With a career spanning Cummins Engine Company and academic qualifications from Shivaji University and Pune University, Mr. Yelne’s innovative approaches have consistently optimized operational efficiency and profitability.
