Mumbai: ekincare, a personalised corporate health benefits platform in India, has appointed Rupal Kumar as Head of Corporate Sales to strengthen its enterprise growth strategy across the country. In his new role, Kumar will lead new customer acquisition initiatives, shape and execute the company’s sales strategy, and expand ekincare’s presence across India’s corporate sector.
Kumar brings more than two decades of experience in business development, strategic partnerships and team leadership across fintech, health tech and consumer durables industries. Prior to joining ekincare, he worked at Razorpay, where he helped scale the enterprise division for RazorpayX. His professional journey also includes leadership roles at MediBuddy, where he served as National Head of Strategic Partnerships and Director of Sales – South Region, and at Paytm, where he spent five years driving regional payments businesses and strategic alliances.
