Mumbai: Wipro Limited has announced the appointment of Laura Marie Miller to its Board of Directors for a five-year term, effective April 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
Miller brings over two decades of global leadership experience, having guided large organisations through transformation, modernization, and sustained performance improvement. She is known for helping enterprises navigate technology and AI-driven change while aligning digital and data capabilities with broader business strategy to drive long-term growth and resilience.
Currently, Miller serves as a Non-Executive Director at NCR Voyix and Ahold Delhaize. She also brings significant public company board experience, having previously served as a director at EVO Payments during a period of strong growth that culminated in its acquisition by Global Payments. Additionally, she has served on the board of LGI Homes.
Earlier in her career, Miller held senior leadership roles across retail, hospitality, payments and global technology operations. As part of the executive leadership team at Macy’s, she played a key role in shaping the company’s digital, data and AI strategy. She also held global leadership roles at InterContinental Hotels Group and First Data.

Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and a Master of Science in Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
