Mumbai: FCB Ulka, part of FCB India, has announced the appointment of Manisha Sain as its National Planning Director, further strengthening the agency’s strategic leadership and commitment to insight-driven creativity.
A planner with the soul of a researcher, Manisha brings over 15 years of experience in uncovering deep human insights and transforming them into brand strategies that balance emotional resonance with measurable impact. Throughout her career, she has shaped some of the most distinctive and disruptive campaigns for Ariel, Sebamed, Visa, Johnson’s Baby, Symphony Air Coolers, Rio Sanitary Pads, Danone Toddler Nutrition, and Crompton, among others.
Her work has been widely recognised for its strategic excellence and effectiveness, earning top honours at APAC Effies, Cannes Lions, India Effies, and the Jay Chiat Awards. Notably, Manisha was ranked among the Top 10 Planning Directors globally by The Big Won report — a rare distinction that highlights her influence and innovation in brand strategy.
