Mumbai: Eggfirst, a leading integrated marketing agency with a stronghold in semi-urban and rural India, has appointed Gayatri Gogate as its Chief Operating Officer. With over two decades of cross-industry leadership experience across advertising, retail, marketing strategy, and entrepreneurship, Gayatri brings a rare combination of strategic vision and operational expertise to the role.
Prior to joining Eggfirst, Gayatri held senior leadership roles at marquee organizations such as Leo Burnett, TBWA, McDonald’s India, and Nykaa. She is also the co-founder of Spice Story, a high-growth FMCG brand that garnered national attention following its appearance on Shark Tank India.
In her new role as COO, Gayatri will work closely with the leadership team to scale operations, deepen client relationships, and lead business transformation initiatives as the agency positions itself for accelerated growth.
