New Delhi: Genpact, a professional services and solution that shape the future of industries, has appointed Jinsook Han as its new Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer, effective immediately. In this role, Han will be responsible for driving the company’s overall strategic direction, investment strategies, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate ventures. She will report directly to Genpact President and CEO, Balkrishan “BK” Kalra.

Han joins Genpact from PwC, where she most recently served as a partner specializing in Cloud, Engineering, Data & AI. In this role, she led significant transformations and advised large clients across industries. Prior to PwC, Han was the Chief Strategy Officer of the Applied Intelligence Business at Accenture, where she successfully refreshed growth strategies, led business incubation, expanded strategic partnerships, and drove acquisitions. She also held executive strategy and technology roles at AIG and McKinsey & Company.
With a strong foundation in both technology and corporate strategy, Jinsook holds a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech, an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, as well as the CHRO Program at The Wharton School of Business. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
