MUMBAI: GoKwik, an eCommerce enabler, has elevated Abhinav Midha to the role of Chief Business Officer (CBO). In his new mandate, Abhinav will lead GoKwik’s business strategy, sales organisation, and agency partnerships, steering the company’s evolution into one of India’s first SaaS companies made vertical-deep for global eCommerce.
Over the last four years as Vice President of Sales, he has been instrumental in building GoKwik into a 100% YoY revenue growth company while preserving profitability and operational discipline. He architected a predictable and scalable go-to-market engine, integrated cross-functional alignment between sales, marketing, and product, and laid the foundation for the company’s Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion.
As GoKwik evolved from a checkout optimisation platform to a multi-product commerce stack, Abhinav’s leadership was central in transforming its commercial model and scaling its reach across thousands of D2C enterprise brands. His balanced approach of data-led execution and people-first leadership has shaped a high-performance sales organisation defined by speed, efficiency, and accountability.

“Abhinav has been at the heart of GoKwik’s commercial success story. From building our sales DNA to driving a product-led revenue motion, his leadership has been pivotal in creating a business that’s not just high-growth — but also highly disciplined. As we gear up to expand market share in India, his transition to Chief Business Officer marks the next step in building a globally respected, India-born eCommerce enabler,” said Chirag Taneja, Co-Founder and CEO, GoKwik.
With nearly two decades of experience spanning retail, e-commerce, and SaaS, Abhinav brings a rare blend of ground-up operational understanding and strategic commercial leadership. An entrepreneur at heart, Abhinav co-founded Shopholix, a retail-tech venture digitising offline fashion and lifestyle shopping journeys—similar in spirit to GoKwik’s mission of enabling better commerce experiences.
He also launched a QSR venture recognized by ET’s Power of Ideas and began his career at Café Coffee Day, building a strong foundation in merchandising and retail ops. Prior to GoKwik, he headed Partnerships at Magicpin, where he built high-value collaborations with major retail networks and F&B brands, while also setting up the platform’s F&B delivery vertical.
“The last four years at GoKwik have been an incredible journey of building, scaling, and learning. We’ve created a business rooted in trust, speed, and predictable growth. My vision as CBO is to make GoKwik the best eCommerce enabler which will be vertical-deep powered by product innovation, predictable GTM, and a world-class team. More than growth, it’s about creating compounding value for our merchants, partners, and the entire commerce ecosystem”, said Midha.
GoKwik says that it currently powers 15,000+ brands, including Lenskart, Neeman’s, Man Matters, Mamaearth, and others, across fashion, beauty, electronics, wellness, and lifestyle categories. With a shopper network of 200 million+, GoKwik enables D2C brands to improve conversions, reduce RTOs, and enhance shopper engagement through its suite of checkout, communication, and growth
