With nearly two decades of experience across real estate, hospitality, and communications, Anchal brings a wealth of expertise in brand strategy, stakeholder engagement, and corporate storytelling.

Throughout her 19-year career, Anchal Singhal has worked with some of India’s most respected organizations, including ITC Hotels, DLF Home Developers, and M3M Group, where she led large-scale communication and brand initiatives. She has also managed prestigious brands such as AB InBev and the Shiv Nadar Group – HCL Foundation. Before joining Gulshan Group, she was associated with AIPL, where she played a key role in enhancing brand visibility and driving integrated marketing communications.
Beyond her corporate career, Anchal is the founder of the Delhi Shayari Club, a platform celebrating Urdu poetry and cultural expression through curated events across India — reflecting her creative and cultural sensibility.
In her new role at Gulshan Group, Anchal will lead the company’s marketing and brand communication strategy, focusing on reinforcing the brand’s positioning, engaging key stakeholders, and amplifying the company’s premium developments. She will oversee integrated marketing initiatives across digital, traditional, and experiential platforms, aligning them with the company’s broader strategic vision.
