Hari Krishnan has stepped down from his role as Chief Business Officer at Tilt Brand Solutions, marking the end of his 18-month tenure with the agency. He had joined Tilt in April 2024, following a long and impactful career at the MullenLowe Lintas Group (MLLG), where he spent 18 years across various leadership positions, including his last role as CEO of Mullen Lintas.
Announcing his exit on LinkedIn, Hari wrote, “Thank you Tilt Brand Solutions for an exhilarating 18 months. It was a fun ride filled with a flurry of exciting Brand Ideas, Campaigns, Pitches, New Biz Wins, everlasting friendships and a whole load of adrenaline that I’ll cherish forever. On to the next!”
While he did not reveal details of his next move, his closing line — “On to the next!” — hints that a new professional chapter may be on the horizon.
During his time at Tilt Brand Solutions, Hari was part of the agency’s leadership team that drove strategic growth and helped shape brand narratives for a diverse set of clients. His departure comes at a time when Tilt continues to strengthen its position as one of India’s most prominent independent brand and communications consultancies.
Prior to joining Tilt, Hari earned a reputation for his strong business acumen and creative partnerships during his tenure at Mullen Lintas, where he steered the agency through a phase of high growth and creative impact from 2020 onwards. Under his leadership, the agency secured major business wins from brands such as Future Generali, Akzo Nobel, Saffola Foods, Saffola Honey, Manipal Healthcare, GRT Jewellery, ITC Fabelle, Yousta, Medimix, Hindware, and Fastrack, among others.
This period also saw the agency handle 30+ project assignments across categories, consolidate long-standing relationships with clients like Tata Tea, Havells, Bajaj Consumer Care, and Akzo Nobel, and roll out a series of impactful campaigns across traditional and digital media.
Before taking over as CEO of Mullen Lintas, Hari served as President, Lowe Lintas South, where he ran one of the network’s most successful offices both in terms of revenue and creative reputation. Working alongside Rajesh Ramaswamy (currently Co-founder, Scriptroom), he helped deliver standout campaigns for marquee brands including Tanishq, Swiggy, Britannia, PhonePe, Flipkart, and Fastrack.
Across his 18-year journey at MullenLowe Lintas Group, Hari also held key roles in the Mumbai and Delhi offices and served as CEO of MullenLowe Sri Lanka, leading the agency’s acquisition and transformation efforts there.
As the industry watches closely, Hari’s sign-off — “On to the next!” — leaves the advertising world curious about what his next big move will be.
