Havas CX India names Amandeep Singh Kochar as EVP – Experience Strategy & Martech Head

Gurugram, India: Havas CX India, the specialised customer experience vertical of Havas India, has announced the appointment of Amandeep Singh Kochar as Executive Vice President – Experience Strategy & Martech Head. In his new role, Amandeep will be based in Gurugram and report to Manas Lahiri, Chief Growth Officer, Havas India, who also oversees Havas CX India operations.

Amandeep will work closely with leadership teams across the Havas India network to position Havas CX India as the central point of client conversations. His mandate includes building future-ready customer experience and martech capabilities, strengthening CRM and data analytics offerings, and enhancing the network’s go-to-market strategy through deeper integration across Havas India agencies.

Speaking on his appointment, Amandeep Singh Kochar said, “Havas India has emerged as one of the most progressive integrated networks today, with a powerful blend of creativity, data and media. Havas CX India is at an exciting inflection point where these capabilities are coming together with technology to deliver real business outcomes. Amandeep brings 15 years of experience across India and Southeast Asia, working with enterprise brands to align brand strategy, customer experience, and marketing technology for measurable business impact. His expertise spans first-party data programmes, personalisation at scale, CRM, martech orchestration, marketing effectiveness, and transformation initiatives.

Most recently, he was with VML, where he played a key role in building CX and commerce capabilities across India and Southeast Asia, managing regional mandates from Thailand and Malaysia. Over the past year, he also pursued an entrepreneurial consulting journey focused on Bharat-first customers and brands. His portfolio includes work with Ford, Colgate, Mahindra, Hindustan Unilever, PepsiCo, and BAT, with notable CX case studies across Ford, IDFC, and Colgate.

A frequent contributor to industry thought leadership, Amandeep has authored reports for platforms such as WARC and publishes a biweekly newsletter, Marketing Mediator, on LinkedIn and Substack. He holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy and is a computer engineer by training.
