Before joining HCBS Developments, Dimple played a pivotal role at Raheja Developers Ltd., where she spent more than two decades. Her most recent role was Head – Channel Sales, Marketing and Communication, where she led high-impact integrated campaigns and strategic sales initiatives that expanded the brand’s footprint across the Delhi NCR market. She also held the position of General Manager – Marketing & Communication, successfully managing branding, stakeholder engagement, and go-to-market strategies for key real estate developments.
Dimple holds a postgraduate degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Journalism, specializing in PR from IIMAT, Chennai. Her core competencies include sales leadership, strategic planning, CRM, and marketing innovation, positioning her as a strong asset in HCBS’s ongoing transformation and growth efforts.
