New Delhi: Hexaware Technologies, a global provider of IT services and solutions, has announced the appointment of Raghu Mocherla as Senior Vice President – Digital & Software. In his new role, Mocherla will lead the Cyber-Physical Software and Systems portfolio within Hexaware’s Digital & Software (D&S) business unit, overseeing strategy, portfolio expansion, business growth and client success.
Mocherla brings over 25 years of experience in technology services, with deep expertise in product engineering, R&D and industrial operations. Prior to joining Hexaware, he spent more than a decade at Capgemini, where he served as Industry Head and P&L leader for the Engineering and R&D (ER&D) business line in the Americas. His leadership spanned industrial manufacturing, automotive, rail, aerospace and defense sectors, and he was a member of the ER&D Americas Executive Committee.
As enterprises increasingly embed advanced software, intelligence and connectivity into products and operations, Hexaware’s D&S unit is focused on enabling cyber-physical systems, connected AI at the edge and AI systems engineering to help clients build smarter products and modernise industrial operations.

Mocherla holds degrees in Computer Science Engineering and Business Management and is based in Boston.
