Mumbai: Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has announced the appointment of Bobby Parikh as an Independent Director on its Board, effective 1st December 2025, for a tenure of five years.
Parikh is a highly regarded advisor with vast experience helping businesses navigate strategic and transformational shifts. He currently serves as a strategic advisor to several major corporations and holds board positions at Infosys, Biocon, and Indostar Capital. Over the years, he has guided both Indian and multinational companies through India’s evolving regulatory and policy environment. His expertise extends across private equity funds, institutional investors, and business owners, delivering solutions aligned with financial and commercial objectives.
Parikh co-founded BMR Advisors, previously served as CEO of Ernst & Young India, and held senior leadership roles including Country Managing Partner at Arthur Andersen. He holds a Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
