Mumbai: Hygienic Research Institute Pvt. Ltd. (HRIPL), one of India’s fastest-growing FMCG companies and the name behind iconic personal care brands like Streax, Streax Professional, Vasmol, and Florozone, has announced the appointment of Saloni Sharma as its new Head of Human Resources.
With over 18 years of leadership experience across large-scale conglomerates and high-growth startups, Saloni has a strong track record in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Business Partnering. She has successfully led people strategies for workforces of 1,000+ employees, driving organizational transformation, talent development, and inclusive workplace practices.
In her most recent role as Head HR at LEAD School, India’s largest School EdTech unicorn, Saloni played a pivotal role in integrating acquired businesses, embedding a ‘pay-for-performance’ culture, strengthening leadership capabilities, and implementing AI-led employee engagement tools. Prior to that, she spent over a decade with Godrej Consumer Products Ltd., where she spearheaded HR initiatives such as talent retention, redesigning performance management processes, setting up new channels, and pioneering D&I platforms like Manch for women in sales. She began her career with Essar Group, leading global compensation and benefits.
A Chartered Accountant and an MBA (HR) from SCMHRD, Saloni brings a unique combination of financial acumen and HR expertise, enabling her to align people strategy with business outcomes effectively.
