Mumbai: ibis India has bolstered its commercial leadership in two of its key markets, Mumbai and Gurgaon, with the appointment of two senior sales executives. The move reflects the brand’s focus on deepening corporate partnerships, accelerating revenue growth, and enhancing commercial outcomes across India.
Gauri Lonke has been appointed as Cluster Director of Sales for the Mumbai Cluster, which includes ibis Mumbai Airport and ibis Mumbai BKC. Rupesh Malik joins as Director of Sales for ibis Gurgaon Golf Course Road.

Gauri brings close to 15 years of experience with leading hospitality brands including IHCL, Ginger Hotels, and Hyatt Hotels. Known for her sharp understanding of the Mumbai market and ability to forge high-value partnerships, she will lead sales strategy and revenue acceleration for both Mumbai properties.

Rupesh comes with more than a decade of hospitality sales experience, including his most recent role as Associate Director of Sales at Radisson Hotel Group. With extensive exposure to the NCR corporate ecosystem and expertise in B2B and MICE segments, Rupesh will play a pivotal role in strengthening ibis Gurgaon’s market position.
