Amit Puri brings over 20 years of culinary experience to Ignite Foods and has worked with all the leading names in the industry. Having begun his career with the Taj group of hotels, he has made his name using traditional recipes as a reference and thereafter adding his individual stamp on them. His style is fresh, contemporary and propelled by flavour.
The recently released book ‘Redefining Comfort Food With Amit Puri’, written by Amit Puri is the culmination of his journey so far. Featuring over 100 recipes, it is a must-have for any cook be it a beginner or an experienced one.
