Bengaluru: Indian Craft Brewery (ICB) has announced the appointment of Kunal Joshi as its new Business Head. With over two decades of experience in the hospitality and F&B industry, Kunal will spearhead ICB’s next phase of growth, innovation, and expansion.
In his new role, Kunal will oversee overall business operations at ICB’s flagship 2-acre, 1500-seater brewery in Bengaluru, while also driving the brand’s taproom expansion plans and multi-vertical growth strategy.

Kunal’s career spans leadership roles at renowned brands including Hard Rock Cafe India, V&RO Hospitality, Sidecar India, and Krispy Kreme. He has been instrumental in launching high-volume outlets, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering record-breaking revenues. During his tenure at Hard Rock Cafe India, he played a pivotal role in the post-pandemic revival of the brand, launching five new outlets successfully.

Kunal is an alumnus of IHM Goa with a Diploma in Hotel Management, holds a BA from Delhi University, and a Diploma in Business Management from IMT Ghaziabad.
