Bengaluru: After creating memorable cultural moments in Hindi and Bangla, Republic Media Network is now bringing its flagship event to Karnataka. R. Kannada Sangam will take place on June 19 at The Ritz-Carlton, Bengaluru, celebrating the rich cultural, literary, and artistic legacy of the state.
Titled “Karnataka: Beyond Time,” this year’s theme is a tribute to the timeless beauty of Karnataka — where history, art, music, literature, and language blend into something truly special. From the depth of Kuvempu’s poetry to the intricate details of Hoysala sculptures and the energy of Yakshagana, every element of Karnataka’s heritage will find a place on this stage.
The event will feature a mix of powerful conversations, musical performances, dance, and literature — all brought together through three central themes: Swara (music), Sangam (dialogue), and Sahitya (literature). Some of the state’s most respected and loved names from cinema, sports, art, and public life will be part of this gathering.
Beyond the performances, R. Kannada Sangam will also include interactive Q&A sessions, networking opportunities, and moments of reflection — making it much more than just a cultural show. It’s a space to honour Karnataka’s past, celebrate its present, and inspire the future.
