Mumbai: Jack in the Box Worldwide has secured the social media mandate for Kotak Mahindra Prime Limited, the vehicle financing arm of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited. The account was awarded following a competitive multi-agency pitch, reinforcing Jack in the Box’s growing presence in the BFSI space.
Under this partnership, Jack in the Box Worldwide will serve as one of the key service providers tasked with shaping and executing Kotak Mahindra Prime’s social media strategy. The mandate includes creating platform-specific content to boost audience engagement and crafting a consistent digital identity for the brand across key channels.
