Chennai: Karan Rai has recently joined ICA Pidilite Private Ltd. as Vice President – Sales & Service. In this new role, Karan will be responsible for leading the company’s sales and service strategies, contributing to its growth in the wood finishes market.
Before this, Karan served as Vice President – Corporate Marketing at Pidilite Industries, where he played a key role in enhancing the company’s marketing initiatives. He also has significant experience from his time at Vodafone Idea Limited as Vice President – Digital Channels & Operations, where he led the organised trade business, including Modern Trade chains, smartphone outlets, and digital partner channels.
Earlier in his career, Karan worked with Lenovo, managing the exclusive channel business, and Asian Paints, where he was responsible for retail brand strategy.
ICA Pidilite, a joint venture between Pidilite Industries Ltd. and ICA SPA of Italy, is a leading manufacturer of wood finishes. Karan’s extensive experience in sales and marketing is expected to contribute significantly to the company’s ongoing success.
