Mumbai: Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL) has named Kaushik Narasimhan as South Head Content for ZEE5 and Head of Programming for Zee Tamil. Narasimhan, who previously served as Senior Vice President – ZEE Tamil Content, has been with the company since 2020, contributing significantly to its regional content strategy and programming initiatives.
Kaushik brings with him a wealth of experience across the media and entertainment industry. Before joining ZEEL, he worked with notable organizations including Viacom18 Media Private Limited, Vaishnave Mediaa Works, Prayatna, and NK Krafts Pvt Ltd. He began his career in 2009 as an actor at Balaji Telefilms Ltd.
Over the years, Narasimhan has developed expertise in feature films, film production, video production, acting, television, and entertainment, positioning him strongly to drive content strategy, programming excellence, and growth for Zee Tamil and ZEE5’s South portfolio.
This appointment reinforces ZEEL’s focus on strengthening regional content leadership and delivering high-quality programming to its audiences across digital and television platforms.
