Krutika Mehta Guhey has joined DNEG as Head – Talent Acquisition, Technology & Support, she announced on LinkedIn.
Describing the move as “a homecoming through decades for a new zeal,” Mehta Guhey said she is looking forward to contributing to an organization recognised for world-class creativity, technology and innovation, while continuing to build high-performing teams and talent strategies.
Mehta Guhey brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Talent Acquisition, with deep expertise in CXO, executive and leadership hiring. Most recently, she worked with AMS as Client Relationship Leader – Leadership Hiring/C-Suite, engaged on the Barclays account, where she focused on client relationship management and executive hiring across industries, leading the end-to-end executive hiring process for positions upwards of ₹50 lakh.
Prior to AMS, she served as Lead Talent Scouting Partner at Genpact from April 2019, focusing on leadership hiring across the APAC and Europe regions.
Over the course of her career, Mehta Guhey has worked across Business HR, Employee Lifecycle Management, Performance Management Systems, Strategic Manpower Planning, and Employee Engagement. She is certified by SHRM and REI as a professional recruiter and HR practitioner.
Speaking on her professional approach, Mehta Guhey said her mission is “to create value for both the employers and the employees by connecting them through a holistic and human-centric approach.”
DNEG is a global visual effects, animation and stereo conversion studio for film, television and streaming content, with studios across North America, Europe, Asia and India, including a major presence in Mumbai. Originally founded as Double Negative in 1998 and rebranded after a merger with Prime Focus in 2014, the company has won multiple Academy Awards for Best Visual Effects for films including Inception, Interstellar, Blade Runner 2049, and Dune.
