On his appointment, Sandeep Chhillar, Founder & Chairman, Landmark Group, said, “At Landmark, we believe sales leadership is about understanding aspiration, reading market shifts early, and building systems that can scale with integrity. Bobby’s journey reflects exactly that blend of strategic thinking and execution discipline. His experience across established luxury platforms, coupled with his deep engagement with HNI clientele, brings a valuable perspective to our next phase of growth. As Gurugram’s premium market matures, we believe Bobby’s expertise will strengthen our sales architecture and help drive consistent, sustainable performance across projects.”

The luxury buyer today is informed and discerning, and they seek not just a residence, but credibility and execution certainty. My focus will be on sharpening project-level sales strategies, strengthening channel alignment, and building a high-accountability culture within teams. I look forward to contributing meaningfully to Landmark’s expansion journey.”
With this appointment, Landmark Group reinforces its commitment to building a future-ready leadership team capable of navigating an increasingly sophisticated luxury housing market.
