It is expected to create 2,000 highly skilled jobs, including roles for AI specialists, tech engineers, and data scientists, while accelerating the global deployment of AI-led beauty solutions at scale.
The partnership between L’Oréal and the Government of Telangana was formalised at Davos and stands as a key milestone in the 2026 India–France Year of Innovation. Beyond infrastructure investment, the collaboration emphasises talent development and upskilling, with the vision of building “from India, for the world” AI-driven beauty solutions. By establishing the hub in Hyderabad, L’Oréal aims to contribute to Telangana’s growing stature as a centre for digital excellence and high-value technology talent.
The India Tech Hub will also play a strategic role within L’Oréal’s integrated global AI and Tech ecosystem, complementing existing hubs in France, the USA, China, Singapore, Spain, Poland, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico.
