Mumba: Madhavan Parthasarathy has joined Kripya Solutions as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, marking a key leadership transition for the enterprise technology solutions provider.
Prior to this, Parthasarathy served as Executive Vice President at TVS Srichakra Limited (TVS Eurogrip), where he spent over seven years driving strategic and operational initiatives.
Announcing his new role, Madhavan Parthasarathy shared, “I am pleased to share that I am stepping into the role of Managing Director & CEO of Kripya Solutions P Limited. With a career spanning over three decades, Parthasarathy brings extensive experience across business leadership, customer acquisition, marketing management, strategy, and sales. Over the years, he has held leadership roles at organisations including HCL Infosystems, Tata Teleservices, Virgin Mobile India, PepsiCo, Nestlé, and Hindustan Unilever Limited.
He began his professional journey as a Sales Officer at Nestlé in 1989 and has since built deep expertise in business development, product management, competitive analysis, and strategic planning.
In his new role, Parthasarathy is expected to lead Kripya Solutions’ next phase of growth, focusing on scaling its digital capabilities across product engineering, PLM, IoT, and managed services while strengthening its position as a trusted enterprise technology partner for global clients.
